IMPORTANT NOTE
– To work with iPad Pro 2018, the operation system should be updated to iOS 13 or iPadOS. Also, HDMI port supports only 1080P, PD charging port supports only 12W, does not support wired ethernet connection.
– Network driver could be downloaded from www.ugreen.com.(view specific download guide in detail images below)
– When connecting to laptop, Do NOT support charging cellphone through USB-A or USB-C female port due to limited current.
– Please provide power supply when connecting to power-hungry devices; Only support connecting 1 HDD/SSD at a time.
– To prevent Wi-Fi interference, you could wrap the line body near type-c port with foil paper, or using the router of 5GHz frequency. Also, please unplug ethernet cable and PD charging cable from adapter when not using.
– For Samsung Galaxy S10/S9/S8/Note9/8, it is compatible with Dex Mode through hub, phone system version requires Android 9.0 or above.
– For Xiaomi laptops, we suggest connecting to non-original PD power adapter such as Apple, Dell power adapter to ensure normal use.

this is awesome product! one of my USB ports in my laptop is not working. I needed this to get more USB ports, and at the same time act as my power adapter and a HDMI Port. this works perfectly! I will test the speed of the card readers later.

Bought it with type-c extender due to necessity to hide cables. It works fine. Checked with: Ethernet+HDMI QHD+Charging+BT keyboard+USB headset+USBhub 3.0(webcam+BT mouse+2 free slots). Work perfect both itself and with cable extender (UGreen too). Works out of the box.
