RETURNS & REFUNDS FAQs
A Return & Refund Policy is the agreement where you inform customers about your process regarding Returns & Refunds. In other words, Returning is the process of a customer taking previously purchased merchandise back to the seller and in turn, receiving a full cash Refund or an Exchange for another item. An order can be cancelled or changed until they are shipped. Once your order is processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
You can return items that are unused, new, or unopened within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the item is a large item like; refrigerator, air condition, furniture, musical equipment and so on, shipping charges may apply. When returning a product, you must make sure it is in the same condition you received it and also in the original packaging with any free gift received with the package.
You can request a return if:
1. You received the wrong item.
2. You are not 100% happy with what you received.
3. If you do not receive your item within the guaranteed period of delivery.
A Return may be declined if:
1. The item is not a Limandy.com item.
2. If your order does not arrive because you provided a wrong shipping address.
3. If the item appears worn or used.
4. If the item is opened.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect and process the item. We will then notify you on the status of your return and if it is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card. You will receive refund within 7 days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policy. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. For returns made in the store, you will be refunded in cash after the returned item is inspected and processed. For returns that are shipped, it may take up to 7 days to inspect and process your refunds. If you have any more questions please feel free to contact us.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and we will refund the full cost of the item or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Limandy will accept for return, replacement or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unopened and free from any damages by the customer. Items must be returned with all Limandy tags still attached and must be in their original packaging. Items can not be returned after 14 days from the receipt of the original order.
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, we do not generally offer a refund on a purchase unless required under the consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws.
