Pick Up Shipping.
Same Day Shipping.
1. Free Shipping: Free shipping is ground shipping which is the most popular shipping method used at Limandy.com. Your order will be sent via epacket and will take up to 7-14 business days to receive your order.
2. Standard Shipping: Standard Shipping is ground shipping available to customers worldwide. You will receive your order anywhere from 1-7 business days. Business days does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on Monday.
Same Day Shipping: Orders made before noon can be shipped the same day if you want to use our same day shipping method.
NOTE: Any order that are system flagged may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much an order will cost, add all the items you would like to purchase to your ‘Cart’ and proceed to the Checkout page. Once at the checkout page, shipping charges will be displayed. Also note that additional shipping charges may apply for large and heavy items or remote areas.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery time starts from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. We make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days. Date of delivery may vary due to delivery location, method of delivery and number of items ordered.
Whenever you place an order through www.Limandy.com and the order is shipped out, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details via the email address registered with your Limandy account or used during the checkout process. The email becomes active within 24 hours and you can track your order in the ‘my order’ section of your Limandy account.
In a case whereby an item is delivered damaged by the seller, you can refuse to accept the package from the postman or in a case you have received the item and found out the item appears damaged, there is a grace period of 2 days to file the damage claim. If you also find out that an item is missing from your order, please contact us at help@Limandy.com or through our ‘contact us’ page to rectify the problem immediately.
There are no hidden charges, extra taxes or extra delivery charges. All charges are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process.
Some of the products sold by Limandy or it’s third-party providers are covered under a manufacturers warranty. We also offer a standard 14 days return policy for items that are damaged in the process of delivering the item or in a case you are not 100% satisfied with what you purchased and want to make a return.
