Placing an order with Limandy is very easy;

  • Find the product you wish to buy.
  • Click on ‘Add to Cart’ to add the product to your cart.
  • Click on the ‘Cart’ button on the top right corner.
  • You will be required to register an account or login into your existing account.
  • Enter your billing/shipping information and ensure your details are accurate.
  • Choose your preferred payment option.
  • Click on ‘confirm order’ to complete your order.

Once your order has been completed, we will automatically confirm it by sending a notification to you via e-mail. If you by any chance unsure whether your order has been confirmed, please feel free to contact us after your order have been placed

If you change your mind about something or it’s not quite what you like, no worries. You can send them back to us within 3 days of the order being received. Pack the product according to the return conditions including all tags and free gifts you received. Call our customer care to arrange a pick-up time or you can drop it at the selected drop off station following the given instructions.

We use encryption technology such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your personal information on our website. We also use secured networks, encryption, physical and technical access controls when it comes to your payment card informations on our website. 

We will send you updates about the status of your order via E-mails and SMS. A tracking link is provided in the shipping confirmation E-mail that we will send to you and becomes active within 24 hours. You can track your orders in the ‘my order’ section of your account, once the order has been shipped by entering your the tracking number you will be provided with.

As of now, we offer 2 available payment methods that you can choose from;

  • Credit/Debit card option.
  • Pay on delivery option.

Yes you will need to show your ID to the delivery associate/pick up station. It can be your work ID or any Government issued ID.

No there are no hidden charges when you place an order at Limandy.com. All charges are 100% visible at the end of the Checkout Process

It may take up to two days depending on the type of communication process. If you contact us by mail, it may take up to two-three days. It may take up to two days to process your request related to telephone calls and text messages.

Yes. Ensure that the person picking up the item for you has the tracking number of the product and a signed copy of your ID.
